I have 22+ years of experience in customer service working in a call center at a clinical research facility, as a pharmacy technician and even in management as an accountant. 

Over the last 13+ years I have worked within the auto insurance industry as a Property Damage Adjuster, Accident Benefits Adjuster and Quality Assurance Editor.

My work experience has enabled me to gain valuable insight into what it takes to provide exceptional service while providing a positive, friendly attitude.  My strong organization skills combined with my ability to work well in a fast paced environment is what sets me apart from others.
